Pumpkin Pound Cake

Leave it to Cookwell to reinvent pound cake and make it a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 box butter cake mix
  • 4 lg eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup Mango Green Apple Sauce
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 1 can Libby's Pumpkin Pie mix
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar

Directions

In a medium bowl mix all ingredients (except glaze and Mango sauce) and place in loaf pans. Place in oven and bake for 30-50 minutes depending on size of pan (use a toothpick to see when it is done). To make glaze, mix sugar and Mango sauce (stir well) and drizzle over done pound cake!
