Pumpkin Cake

This isn't grandmother's pumpkin cake. This one zings with flavor and a hint of heat.

Ingredients

  • 1 boxed cake mix - your choice of White, Yellow, or Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 jar Cookwell & Co. Sweet Heat Mango, Green Apple, Habanero Sauce
  • 1 can pumpkin pie mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to blend until smooth. Turn mixture out into prepared baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for a real treat.
