Escabeche-Style Salsa

Cookwell & Company’s Escabeche Style Salsa starts with escabeche – a spicy marinade made with lime juice, onions, jalapeños and carrots. Then, to give our salsa a unique flavor, a bit of heat, and texture, we roast our chiles to bring out their flavor. At the end of the cooking process we add fresh cilantro and lemon juice. This salsa represents a truly authentic salsa that will make any Mexican dish a masterpiece! Great on chicken, fish, shrimp and the perfect salsa for your breakfast burrito or migas. Or, of course, it's fabulous as a dip with corn tortilla chips.
