Salsas

The difference is in the roasting.  We source the freshest ingredients we can find and then roast our chiles, tomatoes, tomatillos, and corn to give our salsas a distinctive taste that highlights each ingredient at its best and adds a subtly smoky flavor. There’s no giant supply of tomato paste in our kitchen, because we use only the freshest tomatoes and tomatillos, as one taste of our salsas will attest. Our salsas have that fresh, kitchen taste that consumers would get if they made them from scratch.
