Watermelon Vinaigrette

Cookwell & Company’s Watermelon Vinaigrette is a truly one-of-a-kind dressing. We blend watermelon juice with honey, raspberry puree, and poppy seeds to give this dressing a subtly sweet taste you're going to love. It also works well as a marinade,and can be reduced for use as a finishing sauce for pork, chicken or scallops. It's great mixed in a fruit salad.
