Salad Dressings

We love salads and we’ve tasted them all over in our travels. We often love one so much we bring home the taste memory and build on it to create a new dressing. In all of our dressings we use only the finest ingredients, from fine, imported olive oil and fresh cracked peppercorns, fresh herbs minced by hand, to freshly grated ginger and premium vinegars. Our ingredients are second to none. And we don’t use emulsifiers or stabilizers, or other ingredients whose names you can’t pronounce. Yes, they separate, but separation is a natural occurrence in salad dressings without chemical emulsifiers. Simply shake the bottle and enjoy!
