Quesos

We make our quesos according to traditional methods using fresh-fire-roasted chiles and a blend of real cheeses melted into a smooth, velvety sauce. Once you’ve tried our quesos you’ll want to pour them on everything – baked potatoes, tacos, enchiladas, avocados, omelets - the possibilities are limited only by your imagination. We’ve even poured our quesos on apple pie! Or, just serve the queso in a bowl with a basket of good quality corn tortilla chips nearby. Who knows, your friends might think you made it and we won’t mind if you say you did!
