All Texans love their tortilla soups and Cookwell’s version marries some Mexican techniques with some Texas traditions. We use fire-roasted, garden fresh tomatoes, organic chicken broth, cilantro, a secret South Texas spice blend and shredded corn tortillas. A perfect match to shredded/pulled chicken, pulled pork, beans, corn and browned ground beef.
