We’ve added Hatch Chiles and tomatillos to a traditional Tortilla soup to create a velvety smooth soup with a great Hatch Chile flavor and subtle hint of lime and fresh cilantro. This soup is a perfect match for shredded chicken, Gulf shrimp, shredded pulled pork, browned ground turkey, plus white beans & corn.
