Time-pressed cooks will appreciate the fact that all you have to do is add the meat or seafood to Cookwell's Two-Step Chili, Two-Step Green Chile Stew, Two-Step Gumbo, Two-Step Veracruz or Two-Step Cacciatore, and you've got an easy meal solution. You can make the chili in the time it takes you to brown ground beef, or Snapper Veracruz in the time it takes to sauté the fish. Plus, you can customize the mixes to fit your taste buds, adding ground turkey or soy protein instead of beef to the chili, for example. Our testers thought the flavors were very good and helped pull dinner together in a snap.
